CEMENT MILL AND TERMINAL ENGINEER

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB PURPOSE

* Managing maintenance system (preventive, predictive and execution) on mechanical equipments in finishing line and terminal

MAIN ACTIVITIES
* Develop inspection, operation and procedures on all mechanical equipments from clinker extraction system to port cement loading
* Develop maintenance schedule and planning according to applied standard operation procedure.
* Supervise execution of scheduled maintenance.
* Conduct RCA and propose any improvement and or adjustment to increase equipments reliability
* Conduct routine inspection system (2nd level check) to all related equipments and its utilities
* Execute any trouble shooting on the equipments
* Supervise in place equipments repair, and ensure its done well as scheduled
* Assist other job at an incidental time, i.e. plant shutdown.
* To keep the workplace is in clean and safe condition through good house keeping
* Follow any safety procedures during the work
* Prepare timely reporting system to superior
* Improvement of maintenance system, to keep smooth plant operation
* To achieve best quality of work, realistic maintenance cost and minimized down time

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Skill
* General knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and equipments
* Good knowledge of mechanical equipments and troubleshooting
* Basic knowledge of mining/quarry operation
* Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations

Education and Experience
* Diploma degree in engineering or high school with equivalent experience
* To be Located in Sumatera

Basic Skill:
* Basic computer for Windows, Word, and Excel
* Fluent in English and Bahasa
