SITE MANAGER (Ref #447324)


POSITION SYNOPSIS
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall site activities in Eastern Indonesia to ensure smooth and efficient operation. You will be required to effectively troubleshoot and investigate innovative solutions that provide a win-win outcome. In this broad role you will ultimately be responsible for but not limited to overseeing Community Relations, HSE, Security, Camp, Logistics and Geological teams.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will have gained substantial skills and experience in working with site personnel and managing the site facilities, i.e. mine site, camp, etc. An all-round Project Manager, who can multi-task and delegate requirements, will enhance the effective management of your various teams. A strong Health and Safety focus will assist in achieving Zero harm whilst a demonstrated proactive engagement with local community will be highly advantageous.

This is a site based position.
